This is an elegant buffet for fifty people. It includes meatballs in soy ginger sauce and assorted canapes for the hors d'oeuvres. Poached salmon and roast loin of beef accompanied by a vegitable (green beans, braised carrots etc.) and a pasta salid for the main course. The salid is greens with tomatoes in vinaigrette. The desert it brownies with strawberries.
